Do I need a GST number to use Suppliable?
No. Personal accounts work with just a phone number. GST is required only if you want a tax invoice for input-tax-credit claims.
Can I order without installing the app?
Yes — order through suppliable.in or WhatsApp +91 87786 27926. The app is optional but faster for repeat orders.
What's the minimum order?
Most items have no minimum. TMT steel needs 500 kg minimum per diameter for direct site delivery. Loose sand and aggregate (sand and gravel page) is sold by the tonne.
Is there an iOS app?
The Android app is live now. iOS is on the roadmap for later this year.
What if I'm not happy with what's delivered?
We have a strict refund policy — wrong items, damaged sealed packs, or quantity shortages are refundable if flagged within 4 hours of delivery, on the challan. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted because construction materials can't be resold once delivered.
