The binding agreement between you and Suppliable governing use of our website, mobile app, ordering, delivery, and related services.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Suppliable. We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information provided by you is true, accurate, current, and complete.
Suppliable reserves the right to refuse Services, terminate accounts, or cancel Orders at its sole discretion.

Suppliable is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain credential security.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, brand names, images, and prices are accurate. However:
Placing an Order constitutes an offer by you to purchase Products at the prices and on the terms stated. No contract is formed until Suppliable confirms acceptance of your Order (by app notification, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or call). Suppliable may, in its sole discretion, accept or decline any Order, in whole or in part, including but not limited to reasons of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, delivery feasibility, or pricing error.
You must inspect each Product at the time of delivery, in the presence of our delivery personnel, for:
Any discrepancy must be recorded on the delivery challan and flagged to our support team within 4 hours of delivery, supported by photographs and the original challan. Claims raised after this window are not entertained except in cases of latent defect covered by manufacturer warranty.
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an Order you confirm that you have read and accepted the Refund Policy.
All Products are sold subject only to the manufacturer's express warranty (where applicable). Suppliable provides no separate warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Construction materials are technical products whose performance depends on application, site conditions, workmanship, and curing — none of which Suppliable controls.

All content on the Suppliable website and app — including the Suppliable name and logo, page layouts, calculator tools, text, graphics, product images, audio, video, software, and underlying code — is the property of Suppliable or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. Brand names (e.g., UltraTech, Ramco, Asian Paints, Dr. Fixit, Anchor, Polycab, ARS, Finolex) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to identify Products.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal or internal business use. Any other use — including copying, modification, redistribution, framing, or commercial exploitation — requires our prior written consent.
If you submit reviews, ratings, photos, suggestions, or other content to Suppliable, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content for any purpose connected with our business. You warrant that the content does not infringe any third-party rights and is not unlawful or defamatory.
The Services may include links to or interact with third parties (payment gateways, logistics partners, mapping providers, WhatsApp Business, Google Play). Suppliable is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third party. Use of such third-party services is governed by their own terms and at your own risk.
The Services and Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law. Suppliable does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor that any information provided through the Services (including calculator outputs, coverage estimates, price displays, and product specifications) will be accurate or complete. Calculator estimates are guidance only and should not be the sole basis for a purchase or construction decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suppliable, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
In all cases Suppliable's aggregate liability arising from or in connection with the Services or any Order shall not exceed the value of the specific Order giving rise to the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is lower.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Suppliable, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
Suppliable shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, floods, fire, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, riot, war, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, supplier failures, fuel or transport shortages, internet or telecommunication outages, power failures, governmental action, regulatory change, or change in law.
Suppliable may suspend or terminate your account, refuse Orders, or restrict access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any reason at its sole discretion. Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued before termination, including payment for delivered Products.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Services, or any Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact Suppliable in writing at contact@suppliable.in with the details of the dispute, and to engage in good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days. Disputes not resolved within this period may be referred to arbitration in Chennai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by Suppliable. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the award shall be final and binding.

Notices to you may be sent by app notification, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any other reasonable means.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Failure by Suppliable to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Suppliable may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction.
